Contact types are a way of classifying contacts. When you first creat a Voyzu account three Contact Types are created for you:
You can add to this list of custom types and remove or change Contact Type items.
A contact can have zero, one or more than one Contact Type.
Like most fields in Voyzu CRM, the Contact Type field can be used to filter contacts, and these filters can then be saved as segments. When you first create a Voyzu account three segments are created for you, based on the default Contact Types:
These segments can be updated by navigating to Segments > Manage segments.
